Ava and Wes have always had a passion for educating ourselves and our patients on more natural and wholistic ways to be the best that we can be for us and for others.  While we have been in business for over 15 years already, we decided to start fresh with AcYou Health to really get "YOU" back into health.  We founded this business in 2022 with a new perspective and fresh new services to serve our patients.  We really want to focus on treating the internal systems while nurturing the external to keep patients motivated to strive further and further towards their goal of whole health or their idea of beautifully balanced.  Our patients are like family and we like to care for them as such.

Ava M. Amescua, DACM

Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Ava began her healing journey in 2007 at Heritage College where she graduated with an Associates in Occupational Services in Massage Therapy.  After being strongly influenced by her teacher, she went on to practice massage and continue her education in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.  She obtained her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2014 from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  Deciding to further her education, she then graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2021 with a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.  Other certifications include Laser Lipo, Cavitation Lipo, Thai Massage, Body Wraps, Myofascial release, Yoga Teacher Training, Past Life Regression, and Hypnotherapy.

Wes Amescua

Office Manager & Acupuncture Assistant

Health and nutrition have been a major part of my life for over 20 years. From an early age, I knew that fitness was very important and an integral part of my life. My experience began in my early 20’s when I accepted a position at the, well-known gym, 24-Hour fitness and my passion grew from there. Wanting to gain more insight into this industry, I decided I wanted to learn more about how the body moves through kinesiology courses. Eventually, I became a personal trainer and was able to apply my skills for more than 10 years. In 2022, my partner and I decided that we would start our own business together where I decided to continue in this industry but with a spin. I got certified in Laser Lipo, Cavi Lipo, HIEMT Sculpting, and RF Therapy to offer our patients more of an incentive to continue on the difficult journey of being content with themselves inside and out. Our goal is to offer motivation and support and I look forward to guiding you in the future.

Aryssa Trevizo

Medical & Acupuncture Assistant

Aryssa has been a medical assistant since she was 18 years old and came from managing three different Clinics’ immunizations. She enjoys listening to peoples stories and experiences while providing top notch service.
